Asia Mei – Wokking Out After Work

Chef Asia Mei doesn’t do a lot of cooking at home to begin with. Busy days and long nights running the show at Sam’s and an old, weak gas range at her new apartment don’t help. To make life (and the occasional dinner) at home easier, Mei would love to find a stainless steel Breville Electric Wok wrapped up with her name on it. She loves the even, high heat they give off, which allows her to get great non-stick stir fry action going on. She also loves that they’re designed to be cleaned easily, which makes for fast, simple meals – which is usually about all she can muster at the end of a long shift.
