Nelson Paz - Give the Gift of Glasses

Nelson Paz, the Argentina-born pastry chef who you might recognize from his appearance on the second season of Bravo’s Top Chef Just Desserts, loves to have a glass of wine while he’s toiling away in the kitchen (at home, we assume, not in the kitchen at Asana, where he’s in charge of all things dessert-related). He finds it’s the best way to enjoy the artistic side of cooking and to relax with friends and family. This year, he’d be happy to get a nice set of wine glasses.
